Michael Spangler is a Registered Massage Therapist that graduated from MacEwan University in 2007.  Massage has played an important role in his journey of healing and growth which has given him a strong passion for it.  He believes massage has much more potential to restore function than is currently realized.  Michael has a unique approach that involves assessing and ‘listening’ to muscles in order to allow time for the muscle to release naturally.  He is experienced with many techniques such as: deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial therapy, and reiki.  He has a deep motivation to help others and listens to their needs to give them the most valuable experience possible.  Outside of work he enjoys running, gardening, watching movies, travelling, and spending time in nature.

        • Pauline Sinnicks graduated from Makami college in Edmonton with honours!  She has a passion for helping people recover from all injuries with an emphasis on sports therapy.  The reward of helping people get back to the activities they enjoy doing is only one of the things that she loves about what she does.  From pro-athletes to children who are learning their sport, she believes all can benefit from massage; whether they are injured on the sidelines or have put too much stress on their body from increased training.
        • Along with the elite athlete/weekend warrior, Pauline has experience with young, geriatric, prenatal, and post natal patients.  She knows what each individual needs as they come in to see her and knows how to get at their targeted areas.  Whether your massage preference is deep tissue, therapeutic, or just relaxation, she can help get you back to a being a better you!
